Islam grow in Bangladesh

Islam is the Bangladesh's top religion, around 88.3% of the population. A very hight percentage of population, 99.8%, consider themselves religious.

The latest survey data indicate believers share of Bangladesh population, has remained to 99.8%. As to Islam it has increased, the previous survey recorded 87.53% of the population professed it and according to the latest data 88.3% follow it.

Hindu is the second most practiced religion in Bangladesh, accounts for about 10.5% of the population.
