Life expectancy improves in China

In 2004 the life expectancy in China increased to 73.75 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 76.43 years and for men 71.28 years.

China’s position improvened with respect to the 193 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 61th in 2003 to 60th in 2004.

If we look at the change in life expectancy in China over the past several years, we find that it is higher than in 2003, when it was 73.37 years, which is the same of what happens compared to 1994, when it was 69.52 years.
