Life expectancy improves in Tanzania

In 2012 the life expectancy in Tanzania increased to 62.03 years.

That year, the life expectancy for women was 64.22 years and for men 59.93 years.

Tanzania’s position improvened with respect to the 193 countries we publish life expectancy, dropping from the 159th in 2011 to 157th in 2012.
