In 2014 Norway public debt was 92,013 million euros 122,239 million dollars, has decreased 15,595 20,676 million since 2013.
This amount means that the debt in 2014 reached 26.40% of Norway GDP, a 2.90 percentage point fall from 2013, when it was 29.30% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Norway debt. It has gone down since 2004 in global debt terms, when it was 93,097 million euros 115,804 million dollars , and also in terms of GDP percentage, when it amounted to 45.60%.
According to the last data point published, Norway per capita debt in 2014 was 19,378 euros25,612 dollars per inhabitant. In 2013 it was 22,678 euros 30,031 dollars, afterwards dropping by 3,300 euros 4,419dollars, and if we again check 2004 we can see that then the debt per person was 21,158 euros26,210 dollars .
The position of Norway, as compared with the rest of the world, has improved in 2014 in terms of GDP percentage. Currently it is country number 39 in the list of debt to GDP and 156 in debt per capita, out of the 179 we publish.
