In 2015 Belarus public debt was 26,446 million euros 29,341 million dollars, has increased 5,066937 million since 2014.
This amount means that the debt in 2015 reached 53.74% of Belarus GDP, a 16.41 percentage point rise from 2014, when it was 37.33% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Belarus debt. It has risen since 2005 in global debt terms, when it was 2,035 million euros 2,532 million dollars and also in terms of GDP percentage, when it amounted to 8.39%.
According to the last data point published, Belarus per capita debt in 2015 was 2,784 euros3,089 dollars per inhabitant. In 2014 it was 2,255 euros 3,001 dollars, afterwards rising by 529 euros88 dollars, and if we again check 2005 we can see that then the debt per person was 209 euros261 dollars .
The position of Belarus, as compared with the rest of the world, has worsened in 2015 in terms of GDP percentage. Currently it is country number 108 in the list of debt to GDP and 113 in debt per capita, out of the 184 we publish.
