China: CPI goes up in January of 2017

The annual variation rate of the CPI in China in January of 2017 was 2.5%, 4 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2017 is 2.5%

We must highlight the increase of 1.7% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 2.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco of -0.4%, and an interannual variation of 1.1%.
