RTI Rating Türkiye

The transparency law of Türkiye has been in force since 2003 and with it has earned 74 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Türkiye ranks at number 90, de los 136 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
