In 2015 Swaziland public debt was 627 million euros 696 million dollars, has increased 17393 million since 2014.
This amount means that the debt in 2015 reached 17% of Swaziland GDP, a 3.57 percentage point rise from 2014, when it was 13.43% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Swaziland debt. It has risen since 2005 in global debt terms, when it was 344 million euros 429 million dollars and also in terms of GDP percentage, when it amounted to 13.23%.
According to the last data point published, Swaziland per capita debt in 2015 was 561 euros612 dollars per inhabitant. In 2014 it was 411 euros 536 dollars, afterwards rising by 150 euros76 dollars, and if we again check 2005 we can see that then the debt per person was 346 euros422 dollars .
The position of Swaziland, as compared with the rest of the world, has worsened in 2015 in terms of GDP percentage. Currently it is country number 17 in the list of debt to GDP and 44 in debt per capita, out of the 184 we publish.
