Ukraine is located in the 18º position in the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Ukraine has been in force since 1992 and with it has earned 115 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Ukraine is ranked 18, as its transparency law adequately guarantees access to information, when compared with other countries.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
