Spain is at the 94º position of the Global Right to Information Rating

The transparency law of Spain has been in force since 2013 and with it has earned 73 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Spain ranks at number 94, de los 136 del RTI Rating. It is one of the countries with legislation less prone to guaranteeing the right to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
