Poland is in 77º place in the ranking of transparency

The transparency law of Poland has been in force since 2001 and with it has earned 79 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Poland is now ranked 77 in the transparency ranking formed by 136 countries, meaning it is among those that must improve its laws in order to guarantee access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
