RTI Rating Ghana

The transparency law of Ghana has been in force since 2019 and with it has earned 97 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Ghana is now ranked 44 in the transparency ranking formed by 136 countries, meaning it is among those that must improve its laws in order to guarantee access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
