Georgia at No. 57 in the RTI Rating

The transparency law of Georgia has been in force since 1999 and with it has earned 91 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Georgia is now ranked 57 in the transparency ranking formed by 136 countries, meaning it is among those that must improve its laws in order to guarantee access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
