January of 2017 CPI went up in Panama

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Panama in January of 2017 was 1.6%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2017 is 0.3%

We must highlight the increase of 1.3% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 4.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of -4.1%.
