The minimum wage goes up in Uruguay

In 2013 , the national minimum wage in Uruguay remained fixed at 308.8 € per month, that is 3,706 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

If we look at the minimum salary in Uruguayan pesos, which is the official currency in Uruguay, we can see that, this year, it was 7,920 Uruguayan pesos and accordingly, the national minimum wage has been raised 720 Uruguayan pesos per month from the previous year, 10%.
