In 2015 Colombia public debt was 133,115 million euros 147,692 million dollars, has increased 7,19619,591 million since 2014.
This amount means that the debt in 2015 reached 50.57% of Colombia GDP, a 6.37 percentage point rise from 2014, when it was 44.2% of GDP.
If we check the tables we can see the evolution of Colombia debt. It has risen since 2005 in global debt terms, when it was 45,036 million euros 56,029 million dollars and also in terms of GDP percentage, when it amounted to 38.28%.
According to the last data point published, Colombia per capita debt in 2015 was 2,762 euros3,064 dollars per inhabitant. In 2014 it was 2,642 euros 3,511 dollars, afterwards rising by 120 euros447 dollars, and if we again check 2005 we can see that then the debt per person was 1,050 euros1,308 dollars .
The position of Colombia, as compared with the rest of the world, has worsened in 2015 in terms of GDP percentage. Currently it is country number 99 in the list of debt to GDP and 112 in debt per capita, out of the 184 we publish.
