Nigeria: CPI goes up in September of 2016

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Nigeria in September of 2016 was 17.9%, 3 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.8%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 15.5%

We must highlight the increase of 1.7% in the prices of Education, until its interannual rate reached 19.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Restaurants and hotels of 0.3%, and an interannual variation of 9.4%.
