Since June 2000, the national minimum wage in Slovakia remained fixed at €133.1 per month, that is 1,597 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.
Accordingly the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2000 which was 14.2%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
If we look at the ranking of the national minimum wage that we publish, Slovakia is in 25 nd place of the 56 of the list.
