France repeats minimum wage

Since June 2000, the national minimum wage in France remained fixed at €1,049.5 per month, that is 12,594 euros per year, taking into account 12 payments per year.

Accordingly the national minimum wage has remained stable, while the CPI of 2000 which was 1.3%, so workers have lost purchasing power in the last year.
