In 2016 Latvia public debt was 10,224 million euros11,337 million dollars, has increased 1,1351,234 million since 2015.
This amount means that the debt in 2016 reached 40.3% of Latvia GDP, a 3.3 percentage point rise from 2015, when it was 37% of GDP.
