Croatia is in 9º place in the ranking of transparency

The transparency law of Croatia has been in force since 2003 and with it has earned 126 points in the Global Right to Information Rating (RTI Rating). With that score Croatia is in one of the top positions of the ranking, as it is a country with a good legislative framework in relation to transparency and access to information.

This index ranks countries giving them a score of 0-150 depending on the strength of its legal framework which guarantees the right to information.
