Suicides grow in Saudi Arabia

By 2012, suicides in Saudi Arabia increased by 24 people to at 1,055 suicides On average, there are 3 suicides per day.

In Saudi Arabia there were 3.61 suicides per 100,000 inhabitants, much less than the average suicide in the world, of 9.87 self-harm per 100.000 people.

Of the 1,055 recorded suicide cases in 2012, 790 were men suicides and 265 were women. So that, the suicide rate among males were 4.48 per 100,000 men and for women 2.01 per 100,000 female.
