Turks CPI goes down to 19.5%

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Türkiye in April of 2019 was 19.5%, 2 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 1.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2019 is 4%

We must highlight the increase of 6.8% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 9.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -0.3%, and an interannual variation of 10.2%.
