Trinidadians CPI increased up to 1.6% year-on-year in October of 2017

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Trinidad and Tobago in October of 2017 was 1.6%, 4 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.6%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2017 is 1.1%

We must highlight the increase of 1.7% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 1.4%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -1.7%, and an interannual variation of -1.5%.
