The annual variation rate of the CPI in Lebanon in September of 2022 was 162.5%, 6 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 8.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2022 is 74.9%

We must highlight the increase of 21.5% in the prices of Alcoholic beverages and tobacco, until its interannual rate reached 145.5%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of 0.1%, and an interannual variation of 36.5%.
