Lebanese CPI increased up to 157.9% year-on-year in March of 2021

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Lebanon in March of 2021 was 157.9%, 25 tenths higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 8.3%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 16.5%

We must highlight the increase of 31.9% in the prices of Restaurants and hotels, until its interannual rate reached 618%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Education of 0%, and an interannual variation of 10.2%.
