Kenyans CPI increased up to 5.9% year-on-year in March of 2021

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Kenya in March of 2021 was 5.9%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2021 is 1.7%

We must highlight the increase of 1.5% in the prices of Transport, until its interannual rate reached 18.1%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Recreation and culture of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of 2.7%.
