In October, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom grew by 0.14% with respect to October of 2015. In total, 212,301 cars were registered and 3,121,475 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 2.99% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of October is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 32,133, 6.4% less than in October of 2015.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 180,168, which represents a figure of 1.41% more than in October of 2015.
