In July, vehicle registrations in United Kingdom fell by 0.56% with respect to July of 2015. In total, 206,502 cars were registered and 3,111,250 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 4.51% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of July is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 27,979, 4.35% less than in July of 2015.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 178,523, which represents a figure of 0.06% more than in July of 2015.
