In September, vehicle registrations in Luxembourg grew by 9.31% with respect to September of 2006. In total, 3,876 cars were registered and 55,320 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 0.49% more than the year before.
The breakdown of car sales figures for the month of September is:
- Commercial vehicles sold: 393, 28.85% more than in September of 2006.
- Passenger cars regitrations: 3,483, which represents a figure of 7.47% more than in September of 2006.
