In December, private car in Germany grew by 34.72% with respect to December of 2021. In total, 345,911 cars were registered in December and 2,963,748 new cars were sold in the last twelve months, 0.32% less than the year before.
Germany is among the ten countries where the greatest number of private cars have been registered in the last year, in ranking of 137 countries based on number of vehicle registrations.
