The annual variation rate of the CPI in India in June of 2016 was 6.1%, 5 tenths less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.7%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 3%

We must highlight the increase of 2.3% in the prices of Food and non-alcoholic beverages, until its interannual rate reached 7.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels of -0.1%, and an interannual variation of 4.4%.
