CPI falls in August of 2016 in Iceland

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Iceland in August of 2016 was 1%, 1 tenth less than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.4%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 1.3%

We must highlight the increase of 6.6% in the prices of Clothing and footwear, until its interannual rate reached -4.7%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Communication of -2.6%, and an interannual variation of -18.3%.
