Hondurans CPI increased up to 2.5% year-on-year in August of 2016

The annual variation rate of the CPI in Honduras in August of 2016 was 2.5%, 1 tenth higher than the month before.The monthly variation rate of the CPI (Consumer Price Index) has been 0.1%, and thus the accumulated inflation in 2016 is 2.7%

We must highlight the increase of 1.5% in the prices of Restaurants and hotels, until its interannual rate reached 5.8%, which is in contrast to the decrease in the prices of Transport of -0.4%, and an interannual variation of 0.6%.
